1. How do I return an item?


If you wish to return a product, just let us know by email or a call and we’ll take care of the rest -Send an Email to info@handcraftshoe.com or Call our Customer Service Desk @ 5 to 7PM, 6days a week.

2. How do I pack my returns package?


Packing your returns box is fairly simple. You only need to ensure that it is secure so that the products reach us in good condition.

Step 1: Prepare your returns box - Securely pack the products you want to return in a box.Please mention “Return Product” on the upper side of the shoe box. Please use an additional layer of outer envelope or box to pack, when you return these products. We may not be able to process returns for products that have damaged original boxes/casings.

Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from Handcraft shoe the returns box and secure the box with an adhesive tape Step 3: Finally cut the return label with the bar code printed below the invoice and then paste it on the box. This label has your shipping reference number and the returns delivery address.

3. I received a product I did not order. What do I do?


We do give utmost care while sending the products,that’s why this rarely happens! We’re really sorry! Do let us know about it.We will gladly replace you for the same article you ordered with out any courier charges.

4. How quickly will you process my returns?


Once we receive your shipment at our Delhi warehouse, the quality team will check the consignment for fulfilment of our return norms. We will process your Replacement maximum of 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of your returns shipment.


In case the products do not qualify for returns or in case of any other issues, our returns team will get in touch with you.

6. What will happen if I ordered the wrong shoe size? Can I change this?


Size confirmation is your prerogative decision, so please take care while placing order. If you feel that you have ordered a wrong size, you can change the same article with the different size of your choice, but in that case you need to bear the courier costing at your end.

7 My shipment is damaged. What can I do?


Please do not worry about delivery damage. All of our products are insured and we will exchange your products immediately. Please write an mail at info@handcraftshoe.com
