Only items which are Fulfilled by Handcraftshoe are within exchange/return policy and in stock with same seller (exact same item) are eligible for a free replacement. You may request for a replacement if any of the following apply with in two days of receipt of goods:

  • Damaged item received
  • Item is missing parts or accessories
  • Item received is different from what was ordered

 

  • Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories with all the original packing. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  • We recommend you to place the shoes in their original packaging. Please put the shoes into the shoe bag and then into the box. This will guarantee optimal protection of your returning items. Please Don’t throw away Tags & barcodes from products , till the time you are sure you want to keep them. It will help us identify the product if you choose to return it. footwear/eye wear – come in their own packaging. Please make sure you do not damage / throw the packaging away until you’re sure you want to keep them.

 

  • Replacement against exchange/claims will be subject to availability of the same product. In case, the same product is not available at the store, then replacement will be adjusted against subsequent purchase at the same store.
  • The value of the replaced merchandise will be equal to the original purchase price of the exchanged/claimed article, as mentioned in the Invoice, irrespective of the current price of the exchanged/claimed article, at the time of the exchange/claim being made.

 

  • Please provide the details of any failures with the product  image via mail in order to better understand  the issue and do the redessal.Handcraft shoe examine the returned products for all such defects/variations,on the basis of the customer’s emails.
  • Once your returning items reach us, we will exchange/return the goods(Same article) as requested at no additional charges.

 

REFUND POLICY 

 If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of ASM  the order is not shipped by us then the order shall be cancelled and refunded the amount.
